Project Management
This health education team (part of UCSF) was faced with moving their offices and transitioning their technology infrastructure at the same time. Bodner was there to coordinate with all the stakeholders and mange the multiple transitions so that the team could remain productive even during the physical relocation. Essential ingredients for this and other successful projects is early team building and buy-in, a shared understanding of the timeline and milestones, regular meetings to keep the team on track, and flexibility to address problems when they arise. Bodner has headed up many such projects.
