Strategic Planning & Peer Benchmarking

Bodner Consulting helped this membership-based organization with its strategic planning. We participated in a peer group study to benchmark membership costs and membership services and compiled these results into a report to the board. We then assessed the financial position of the organization to project the annual spend rates and assess income streams to determine appropriate goals for membership contributions. Members were also asked for feedback. All of these findings were rolled up into a strategic planning report with an accompanying deck and presentation to the board and strategic planning committee.
